Hi all!

I am new to ducks, but so far I am having a ball. I have 1 khaki campbell drake (Jack), 1 dark khaki hen (Janet), 1 fawn indian runner hen (Chrissy) and 1 buff orpington hen (the duck kind, not a chicken...named Lana), 3 cats, 2 sons, 1 husband, no partridge, but I do own a pear tree.

I don't think they are as common as khaki's, but it looks like they are more popular in England. The buff was a 4-h student's project. She was selling off her project ducks on Craig's list. I paid $6 for her. The others were freebies. Someone had extras...they were used to train herding dogs. I did have to drive almost an hour to get them, but worth it
